The committee may further review the moral claims in regard to pothole damage. It was also discussed that this is a process by which claims can be minimized, preventing potential additional costs by having to defend more cases in small claims or municipal court. This provides an outlet for our residents and also gives the city a chance to pay when it feels a moral obligation to do so.MARK F.
