June 5--Televised Council Meetings

June 5 is the next meeting to discuss recording the Council and committee meetings. We have another proposal from a local television video producer with a much lower cost.

A copy of the Brown Proposal is posted under the Documents section. Under this proposal, we would have a high-quality video product that would be uploaded to the Internet for widespread availability. The cost for the proposal is based on 60 meetings as previously described, which includes 21 regular council meetings, 21 sessions of the back to back finance and community development meetings, 12 Safety/Utilities/Environmental meetings and 6 Rules meetings.
